Successful exhibition conclusion: Rhenus Lub at AMB 2026 in Stuttgart
Five days full of innovation, engaging conversations and practical insights into the future of metalworking: AMB 2026 in Stuttgart has drawn to a close – and we are looking back on a successful trade fair featuring many interesting encounters and intensive exchange.
From 15 to 19 September 2026, the international metalworking industry gathered at AMB under the motto „Where metal comes alive“. For Rhenus Lub, too, the central focus was on how modern coolants, intelligent fluid management and digital solutions can help make manufacturing processes more efficient, safer and more sustainable.
Our highlights at AMB 2026
Stability to the next level: rhenus TU 610
Stable processes. Less effort. More efficiency. With rhenus TU 610 presented Rhenus Lub at AMB 2026 with a new water-miscible metalworking fluid featuring innovative rhenus Advanced Amine Technology.
The technology ensures high pH and emulsion stability, thereby supporting reliable manufacturing processes – even under demanding conditions. Particularly low-foaming properties and high stability at water hardness levels of up to 80 °dH make rhenus TU 610 into a high-performance solution for modern machining processes. The result: consistent cooling lubricant quality and long tool life.
Holistic fluid management with rhenus lubrineering
Cooling lubricant alone is not enough: With the rhenus lubrineering Rhenus Lub offers holistic fluid management that combines products, digital solutions, measuring and filling technology, and expert advice.
At AMB 2026, visitors were able to experience what this interplay looks like in practice – from the selection and monitoring of the right cooling lubricant to the digital recording and analysis of process data, right through to matching equipment technology. rhenus lubrineering is thus creating the basis for transparent, stable and efficient manufacturing processes.
Game „The Fluid Manager“: Experience fluid management through play
Just how demanding is it, really, to run a machine optimally over as long a period as possible? In our game „The Fluid Manager“, visitors were able to step into the role of a fluid manager themselves.
The objective: keep the machine alive for as long as possible, keep an eye on processes and beat the high score. Anyone who was particularly successful could look forward to a gift.
This made fluid management a playful, hands-on experience, while simultaneously highlighting just how many factors interact to ensure a stable and efficient production process.
rhenus check & care 2.0: capture measurement data transparently
The live demo of our software solution rhenus check & care 2.0 demonstrated in a practical way how relevant parameters relating to metalworking fluid can be digitally, structurally and transparently recorded and documented. The focus is on the acquisition of measurement data in accordance with TRGS 611. Furthermore, the software can be flexibly expanded with individual, customer-specific test parameters and thus optimally adapted to various requirements.
Another advantage is mobile data collection directly at the machine: by scanning a QR code with a smartphone, machinery and systems can be quickly identified and measurement data recorded directly on site – without any additional administrative effort.
The clear dashboard function enables central evaluation of the recorded data. Comprehensive analyses and key performance indicators create transparency regarding the condition and development of the cooling lubricant. In addition, reporting functions are available with which relevant information can be clearly presented and documented – and that completely audit-proof.
rhenus check & care 2.0 thus combines digital data management with practical application directly in production – for greater transparency, structured processes and efficient fluid management.
Measuring and filling technology: From FFM to rhenus FluidSafe smart PRO
In addition to our cooling lubricants, we also presented various solutions from the field of measurement and filling technology at the AMB. From FFM to rhenus FluidSafe smart PRO, visitors were able to learn about modern instrumentation technology and its applications in fluid management directly at the stand.
This made it clear: professional cooling lubricant management involves far more than just the product used. The crucial factor is the interaction between the cooling lubricant and expert support – optimally complemented by state-of-the-art measuring and filling technology, as well as digital measurement data recording.
Immerse yourself in the world of Rhenus Lub using VR
Our VR headsets were a special experience at the exhibition stand. They allowed a virtual glimpse into the world of Rhenus Lub and gave visitors the opportunity to discover four key areas:
