Onboarding

Once you’ve met us and we’ve decided to work together, you’ll find yourself in good hands. For every new employee, we draw up a structured induction plan that helps you get to know Rhenus Lub, your new colleagues, and your responsibilities. This also includes a small “greeting pack” to welcome you to the company.

Specifically, this process means that sales staff can get a taste of production, lab technicians accompany sales representatives, and controllers package finished products at our logistics centre. Of course, we’re always open to suggestions as to how we can make the induction process even better and – above all – even more enjoyable

Your working environment

Rhenus Lub pays according to the collective agreement for the chemical industry – with benefits including 30 days of paid holiday per year and supplementary long-term care insurance for all employees. Wherever the area of work allows, we offer flexible working hour schemes, flexitime and up to six days of remote working per month.

Modern workspaces, generously equipped conference rooms and our “Wilhelm’s” common room – with its large outdoor terrace – create a pleasant working environment. All employees enjoy free coffee and mineral water.
