For every new employee, we draw up a structured induction plan that helps you get to know Rhenus Lub, your new colleagues, and your responsibilities. This also includes a small “greeting pack” to welcome you to the company.
Specifically, this process means that sales staff can get a taste of production, lab technicians accompany sales representatives, and controllers package finished products at our logistics centre.
